 You can offer to your clients the options to pay for 50% of their move; I will give you my pricing structure so you know what it will cost.

 25% down from the client the other 25% due after the move.

 The remaining 50% we roll that into the MRC for the term of their contract, Sunrise will have to wait to receive full payment but building an ongoing relationship with reoccurring revenue.  

This would be something you can offer these clients and also offer a dedicated move team you can use over and over.

Move services, moved a full cabinet with all equipment including servers and network gear. The move started in Tennessee and completed the trip in Dallas Texas, move services included expidited network turn up of several circuits involving cooridnating the telco company and several vendors. Connectivity and functionality was tested with the client and all was 100% successfull.
